Return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging. Request a return (RMA) from our team and we refund you once it is back with us.

Is it covered by the warranty?
Claws, ModuleX, the mounting post and multi-purpose pliers are covered by the 1-year full warranty and limited lifetime warranty. String cutters, hex keys, plastic adapters, power supplies and cables are not.
